Q: How long until my order ships?
We do our absolute best to have your order in the mail in 3 days or less from the time your payment is processed. We typically ship the next day; however, sometimes we run into unexpected stampedes for our products. We will always notify you if this does occur. Always expect the holiday season to take just a little longer. We frequently update this answer to reflect our current order volume.
We us USPS for our shipping needs. Unfortunately we do not have control over their shipping times and cannot guarantee you order will be delivered as suggested in our shipping time quotes.
Q. Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
Yes! Of course we do and we cater to the military living at APO and FPO addresses. We also ship to U.S. Territories as well as……….I guess you could say the rest of the world! The specials and discounts you may see for shipping rates do not apply to overseas orders though, only those placed for the continental U.S.
Q. I have a killer coupon or a beautiful gift card, how do I apply it to my order?
Once you have placed items in your cart an area will appear that says “enter coupon”. Enter your coupon code and select the button to the right “Apply Coupon”. You also enter your gift card number into the “enter coupon” section during checkout. If you have any issues using your gift card or coupon code, we can be reached the fastest by using our contact form here.
