One bar is equal to a large bottle of traditional conditioner and typically lasts 2–3 months.

How to Use Wet the bar with running water. You may need to use the heat from your shower water to melt a little from the conditioner bar into your hair. This bar is very potent and will not take much work before you feel the silkiness! Rinse as usual.

This bar is equal to a large bottle of conditioner and for most lasts around 2-3 months. We have had some people report that our conditioner bar lasts longer than the shampoo. This all depends on where you choose to dry your shampoo and conditioner within your shower.
